I can't stress enough the importance of feedback from other agents. It is often the only way to gauge the true feelings of potential buyers regarding the property. One of the tools I use is an online service specifically designed for this process, which makes it easier and more fruitful for everyone. You'll get feedback every time the property is shown, with a cumulative graph of agent responses.

With all this working for you, usually the home sells quickly. But if we need to adjust the strategy or if additional opportunities emerge, I'll discuss options with you. My goal is to configure your presentation for maximum appeal in current market conditions.

Consider Offers and Contracts

I'm your agent, and I'm fully at your disposal to explain the details of offers and contracts. If you have any questions about the process, I'm able to answer them. (I'll outline the process at the start, so everything will probably be clear already. But there are always questions, so don't be shy about voicing them.)

Sometimes contracts contain contingencies. I'll watch to assure they make it into the sales agreement.

Often, you'll receive more than one offer. I will communicate them to you fully, provide advice and insights to help you decide which to accept, and if necessary, I'll work re-negotiate offers in your interest.

Once the sale is underway, your buyer's agent and I will work out a timeline. It will itemize the date and times for inspections, walk-through, settlement, and all the other steps through closing.

Through all of this, I'll be in close and frequent contact, so you'll always be fully aware of what's happening and what's next. If you or your buyer ever have any questions, I'm here to answer them, before and after the sale. I'll even offer guidance to help with your move.
